Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

North Bridge Staffing is currently recruiting for a receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a small 25 person marketing firm in the Chicago Loop area.  The company is growing very quickly and seeking a professional, intelligent individual to join the team!  Do you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced and energetic environment?  If so, this could be the position for you!

 

Responsibilities and requirements:

* The company is looking for an intelligent, articulate individual with 1-2 years experience in a business setting handling phones

*Will be handling a very busy switchboard and speaking to high net worth clients on a daily basis

* Strong Microsoft Office experience required

* Excellent communication skills are a must

* Dependability is very important because individual will be responsible for opening and   closing the office everyday

* Reception coverage

* Responsible for checking voicemail

* Maintaining inventory of office supplies

* Will be responsible for keeping all four conference rooms organized

* Maintaining conference logs

* Will handle light Administrative duties

* Must be able to listen and take direction well

* Ethics and integrity are extremely important with the company
