Worldwide advertising agency is seeking a talented and versatile individual to run the front end receptionist desk of our post production house. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Responsibilities:Greet creative and production personnelMail, fax, and courier documentsAnswer all incoming calls and requests for production workFollow-up with production and schedule workCoordinate large mailers for the officeTrack job orders and maintain production database

 

We would like this person to be familiar with a post production process. The successful person will be very detailed, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, extremely professional and VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.  You must have experience with Microsoft Office.  A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience is required.
