RegionalHelpWanted.com, is expanding its Telesales Department. We have over 330 locally-focused job boards across the United States and Canada that help local employers find local job seekers. Collectively we're in the top ten of frequently used job boards and have a unique marketing and business model that has helped us achieve this success.

The Position

Our Recruitment Specialists are given a specific territory to cover, via the telephone, and sell job posting plans to qualified companies. We expect our Recruitment Specialists to take ownership of their assigned areas and effectively grow revenue. In return, you'll have the opportunity to earn a good income based on a realistic pay for performance plan!

We provide all the training and tools for your success; you provide the work ethic, persistence and determination. This is not a simple telemarketing position nor are we looking for hourly waged telemarketers. We're seeking Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

Requirements:



· Proven track record in direct, business to business sales a MUST.

· Ability to listen and present effective solutions to Employers/HR Managers

· Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (must already have these programs installed on your computer).

· Ability to work in a team environment.
