Regional HR Director – Latin AmericaMiami$ Competitive package  Our client is a leading player in the world of media and communications with a strong global presence and reputed brand.  This is a fast-moving and creative business environment that drives to deliver high-quality, value add HR solutions.   Reporting to the CEO for Latin America and the Worldwide Head of Human Resources, this role is responsible for helping to build and manage a high performing organization.  Leading a team of 4 locally based HR professionals the Regional HR Director will oversee the day-to-day HR needs for the Latin American 250 person organisation covering 9 countries. The ideal candidate will possess:  Minimum of 10 years experience, preferably with a professional services firm and in a Latin American environment. Extensive knowledge of staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, organizational development and training, HRIS and career development functions. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives.  Must be capable of building credibility with senior executives through service-minded delivery in support of overall business. Strong organizational skills – leadership, management, process.  Team-oriented.  A change agent.  Strong communication skills – verbal, written, listening.  Comfortable with technology.  Intelligent and intellectually curious.  Creative.  Politically astute.  A strong work ethic.  Energetic.  Able to move in and interact with a diverse range of internal and external constituencies. A willingness to challenge the conventional thinking around the business.
