Description:


Join our optimization team and develop cutting-edge algorithms to support our high-volume Internet marketing applications.

 

We build systems to support our proprietary high-volume, high-uptime Internet marketing applications.  Our systems need to make real time optimization decisions with partial data, support higher level decisions with reporting, track events with integrity, flexibly present content using a variety of technologies, and run reliably, even during upgrades.


Responsibilities:

 Design, implement, and tune algorithms to optimize Internet marketing applicationsDevelop production quality implementations of algorithms, integrating your code with that of other software engineersUnderstand business requirements. The task of the optimization team is to increase profits by drawing actionable business conclusions from vast amounts of raw data.

 

Requirements:

 Fluency in applied mathematics, probability, statistics, and computer science3+ years of hands-on design and coding experience in JavaAbility to apply mathematics and computation to solve business problems

 

Pluses:

 RDBS and SQL Javascript, HTML, and CGI programmingText mining


Education:


A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
