Research Manager
IAG Research is seeking Research Managers to manage both custom and syndicated research projects that investigate the effect of advertising using data collected from IAG Research Television viewer panel. The ideal candidate has proficiency working with data and is capable of independent exploration to apply the insights gained.
Specific Duties:
Create in-depth research reports though hands-on data query and analysis of complex syndicated database. Oversee preparation and review of reports in Excel using charts and graphs as well as PowerPoint presentations that analyze syndicated as well as custom survey data. Respond to ongoing and ad-hoc client research requests. Design and implement custom surveys and analyze and interpret findings. Work as part of a team to create research solutions. Present analyses to marketing and advertising decision makers
Job Qualifications:
BA/BS preferably in social sciences, market research, statistics, or economics 3-6 years Experience in Market or Media research Strong quantitative, data tabulation and analytic skills required Independently analyze data to draw conclusions and provide recommendations Must be able to effectively communicate with clients in verbal and written form Effective organizational skills providing the ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines assigned Strong interpersonal skills Above average skills with Microsoft Office suite of products Working knowledge of SPSS/SAS Some Management experience a plus Knowledge of BRIO or other pivot table application a plus Pharmaceutical marketing/advertising knowledge a plus.
