Retail/Consumer Direct Manager

Precept Wine Brands, a wine company that produces a diverse portfolio of wines from some of the top wine regions in the world, is looking for a Retail/Consumer Direct Manager to join our Seattle-based Marketing team. We are an entrepreneurial, financially viable company that is passionate about wine, work, success, and creativity.

Our Retail/Consumer Direct Manager will manage our direct to consumer sales and related team members. This is a retail-heavy position with responsibility for the consumer experience through our tasting rooms, inventory for sale, special events, and on-line retail. This position offers a high degree of difficulty and a high degree of reward. We are dedicated to team development, so people management and development skills are critical.

Successful applicants possess excellent communication skills and are excited about managing the complete consumer experience. We look for five years of progressively responsible retail, including district manager or equivalent, experience. Multi-unit management and development combined with luxury retail, including food, is desirable.
