Risk Officer

Risk Officer opening in Dallas. Work with Sector Risk Manager in the Issuer and Treasury Services Sector, supporting the domestic operations of the Global Corporate Trust business; ensure all material risks in the business are identified and documented, assess the effectiveness of control processes in place to appropriately manage those risks, identify emerging risks within these businesses so that these risks can be proactively assessed and mitigated as early as possible and develop and implement risk management standards and processes appropriate for this business that conform to the Companys risk management principles and policies. Individual should possess strong analytical and control assessment skills. BA/BS or MBA required, will consider undergraduate degree if the person has a degree in accounting, finance or accounting experience. Corporate Trust Operations experience a plus. Salary $Open.
