JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-performing individual with previous regional sales management experience. Union serves a 4-State region with telecommunications products and services. The unprecendented growth of businesses moving into the Rocky Mountain Region has created such a high demand, we are tripling our sales force.  Union is set up to deliver the business to business needs in this region. We have done so since 1914!

The ideal candidate will have experience in geographically dispersed sales team management. A successful backgrond in wireless, computers, or other technology is preferred. Solution selling will be the primary goal. Regional oversight for Account Representatives should include skill development and hands-on support when needed.

Compensation includes base plus commission, paid health benefits, paid business expenses, relocation assistance, vacation, sick, holiday, and 401k matched plus generous company contributions.
