Senior Account Manager
CognitiveDATA, Inc. is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial energy marketing technology company providing marketing response technology to direct marketers in the retail, fundraising, publishing, etc. markets.
CognitiveDATA, Inc. is seeking Senior-level Account Managers to own overall account relationship with the companies largest and most strategic clients. The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in the direct marketing industry and strategic client industries. The Account Manager is responsible for guiding the assigned Client Services Team members with respect to specific client solutions, and for growing existing client revenue. The application with oversee delivery, providing direction and clarity to the team for assigned client work, maintaining and developing strong client relationships, and assisting with analysis and recommendations for incremental client work. The job location may be remote or in our New York, Baltimore, or Little Rock Offices.
Responsibilities:
§ Actively works to understand, document, communicate, and meet client direct marketing campaign needs.
§ Must build effective client relationships at all levels within the client business, including C-level relationships and operational team relationships
§ Provides client-driven direction and builds effective account team relationships to all assigned Account Team members
§ Work with client staff to prepare and execute response-driven strategies including defining segmentation, analysis, measurement, and reporting
§ Develop deep knowledge of client business and vertical industry, including industry-specific market opportunities to optimize response technology to drive ROI for clients
§ Acts as client advocate on solution and production issues…anticipates and resolves problems, maintains high level of client satisfaction and ensures effective communication with client, working with account team to ensure delivery quality
§ Works closely with assigned Account Manager and Delivery Team to ensure on time and accurate delivery
§ Manages the ongoing completion of cost evaluations, ROI and performance reports for assigned clients.
§ Ensures complete written and verbal communication with client(s)
§ Interact extensively with all levels of the customer organization
§ Prepares, completes, and communicates complete performance analysis for client meetings.
· Manages the client billing process and ensures accurate invoicing to the client.
· Work closely with clients to develop annual mail plans for production scheduling and resource planning.
§ Work closely with clients consistently evaluating their business needs to identify additional revenue opportunities.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor's Degree
§ 7-10 Years Direct Marketing, Direct Mail, and/or Database Marketing industry experience
§ Familiarity with current methods, process, and technology in the direct marketing space, including general knowledge of matching routines, segmentation, backends, campaign metrics, reporting, etc.
§ Demonstrated success with large client relationships
§ General understanding of end user direct marketing applications
§ Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied accounts
§ Proven account management, analytical, and problem solving skills
§ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
§ Strong relationship building skills
