Description:Responsibilities*Lead internal Technical Delivery teams on both online & offline data-driven marketing programs.*Function as both General Architect and Cross-Team Sr. Project Manager for architecting, development, and deployment of our project implementations, as well as ensuring proper service levels to nearly 20 large client marketing systems .*Lead Technical Delivery organization of 100 employees.*Participate in Statement of Work and Service Agreements for technology centric engagements.*Drive project plans to successful completion and manage resource utilization.*Provide primary client interface regarding technical delivery.*Establish client specific team goals necessary for success.*Proactively identify areas for process improvement and increased client satisfaction.*Manage engagement profitability through effective Profit & Loss understanding*Participate in business development activities, which may include, proposal creation, architecture design, pricing and presentations.About the OpportunityReporting to the CTO, Strategic Database Services, this person is responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of Epsilons Technical Delivery teams in Wakefield, MA.
