Sales Account - Entry Level (Fort Lauderdale, FL or Austin, TX Office)
OSI Staffing is assisting an extremely progressive company in finding a highly qualified (1) Sr. (Sales) RDS Account Executive and (1) Jr. (Sales) RDS Account Executive for their Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Austin, Texas locations. Our client is the preeminent online yellow pages and a leading provider of performance-based Internet marketing solutions. Building a world-class sales team to sell their entire suite of products to small to medium size businesses and regionally focused businesses. Account executives will have revenue responsibilities for a defined territory divided by vertical markets, and must be comfortable selling in an open, inside sales team environment.

Position 1.) Jr. RDS Account Executive Job Description:
Duties: Initiate sales calls and work assigned prospects, leads and self-prospects within a given time-frame Plan and prepare the daily sales activities Preparation of advertising content sheets, daily sales report, a weekly sales summary, and market summary Maintain, understand and apply sales policies Interface with Account Management, Campaign Management, Marketing, and Operations personnel Job typically requires greater than (1-3) years of directly related job experience in a fast paced high growth environment
Requirements:Minimum (1-2) years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer, and Outlook Prior experience in telephone sales and/or direct marketing is required Bachelors degree
Preferences:Internet search advertising sales experience Experience with developing comprehensive ad campaigns Professional affiliations and sales history in related industries and/or associations Management Competencies in Leadership, Market Focus, Critical Thinking, Continuous Improvement, and Technical Expertise Impeccable personal qualities, reflecting our client’s ideals and values Exceptional account and time management skills Understands the business environment, anticipates trends, and develops strategies to capitalize on opportunities and ensure long-term growth Experience with web-based applications and contact management tools (e.g. PeopleSoft, ACT ) an asset

Requirements:Minimum (3+) years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, with incentive/bonus Prospect new business through cold calling to qualify and close new accounts Proficient at reaching and closing small to medium size business owners Demonstrate recent experience at consistently meeting and exceeding revenue quotas Ability to make 100 + calls per day Experience with Internet Search Advertising Sales Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Explorer and Outlook Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Benefits & Commission: Medical - 3 options - PPO (If the employee selects the PPO option, the company covers the entire premium for the employee and qualified dependants), HMO and POS Dental Vision Prescriptions 401K match up to 6% and employee can contribute up to 25% (For Sr technical and management positions we match up to 6% and the cap is 16% that the employee can contribute) Paid personal time and vacation 8 paid holidays per year They also pay up to 75% of the expected commission during the first 8 weeks of employment/training. The employee will get 75% or the better of their commission sales during this time
Salary: For the Jr. RDS Account Executive the pay range for Austin and Ft. Lauderdale is as follows:Base range - $25K to $30K plus commission of $25,000/yr at 100%, but can go up to 150% or $37,500/yr (note that if the employee stays at 140 to 150% of target for 4-6 months the employee is promoted to the Sr RDS Role)For the Sr. RDS Account Executive the pay range for Austin and Ft. Lauderdale is as follows:Base range - $33K to $40K plus commission of $37,500/yr at 100%, but can go up to 250% or $84,375/yr
