Sales Account Manager - Advertising

Advantage Dealer Services, in business for almost 20 years and located in Suwanee, Georgia, is a leading direct marketing firm within the automotive industry. Our recent sales growth has made it necessary to expand our sales staff. ADS currently has a position open for an Account Manager.  




Responsibilities and duties of the Account Manager include: 

 
 • Building sales of ADS products with our current customer base,

 • Solicitation of new customers,

 • Regular communication with customers via phone, fax and email, 

 • Preparation of orders for customers, and

 • Coordination with production for scheduling, expediting, after-order service, and problem/complaint resolution.  
 
We are looking for someone with at least a four-year degree or a four year minimum of related industry sales experience and knowledge of direct marketing (preferred); strong interpersonal and customer service skills; strong organization, verbal and written communication skills; excellent data entry and word processing skills using MAC and/or PC platforms with working knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Adobe and MS Office; accurate and detail oriented with strong problem solving and investigative skills; strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Account Manager position is paid at an hourly rate,  with commission potential based on performance.
