Sales Coordinator

Seattle Die Cast Truck Manufacturer looking for an energetic, organized team player to assist our sales staff and help increase sales.  Small company located just north of downtown looking for someone to growth with us.  Free parking, bus route.

 

Experience Requirements:

 

·  1-2 years of experience in sales or supporting sales people

·  Customer Service skills – proven ability to deal effectively with  customers to manage projects, resolve problems.

·  Sales – ability to up-sell and recognize sales opportunities

·  Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of orders/projects

 

Job Skills & Traits:

 

· General Computer Knowledge

o Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

o CRM experience a plus

·  Purchasing & Ordering Experience

o Detail oriented – follow-up and tracking of orders to timely delivery of customer orders

o Order Processing

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·  Working with and updating sales people to respond to customer needs

·  Creating sales documents for sale proposals, correspondence, and management reports

·  Updating and maintaining orders through internal system

·  Create leads from incoming calls

·  Communicating on a daily basis with production staff in China

·  Scheduling and following-up in deliveries and shipments to ensure deadlines are met

·  Work as a team with sales, creative services, accounting, warehouse, etc to ensure customer satisfaction

·  Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality

·  Allow for flexibility and change in a growing company

·  Able to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively

·  Other job duties and projects as assigned
