As Sales Director—North East Region, you will be responsible for recruiting a Team of Sales Representatives to build sales in the region along with account management and acquisition to generate further revenue.

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to be responsible for:

·  Building, motivating and managing a regional sales Team through the recruiting of sales representatives

·  Management and growth of current Cavanaugh accounts

·  Account acquisition

 

Candidates must have:

·  A proven track record of sales success

·  Minimum (3) years of successful experience in a sales management and leadership role

·  Strong motivation and attitude to build a successful sales team

·  Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet skills

·  Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

·  Industry experience is useful but no necessary
