Sales Person

Adopt a Highway Maintenance Corporation, an Orange County, California based company has been cleaning up thousands of miles of highway in states across the country on behalf of our sponsors for the past 18 years. Chances are you have seen our signs along the highway.

We are currently seeking inside sales people to enhance our existing sales team.  Sales individuals will perform sales and customer service activities within an assigned territory.  If you are a goal-oriented person with success in dealing with people, who is looking for that next step in your sales career, we would like to speak with you.  Position Summary:

Train and work with our existing sales team to meet and exceed established goals in accordance with the sales & marketing plan. Goals will be achieved by maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing sponsors, as well as cold calling to attract new sponsors.  Job Requirements:

Ø  Maturity and proven ability to achieve goals

Ø  Excellent interpersonal skills

Ø  Must be assertive, enthusiastic, and punctual

Ø  Strong communication skills

Ø  Exceptional customer service skills

Ø  Must be well organized

Ø  Self starter with minimum supervision required

Ø  Minimum of 1yr sales experience (restaurant and retail ok)

Ø  Goal oriented

Ø  College degree preferred

Ø  Basic computer knowledge

 Example of Duties:

Ø  Make sales calls to maintain and expand client base

Ø  Develop new accounts

Ø  Communicate features and benefits of our program

Ø  Respond to clients needs and requirements

Ø  Maintain an ongoing record of sales activities

Ø  Sell the AHMC product and services

Ø  Participate in weekly and bi-weekly training meetings

Ø  Meet and exceed established sales performance standards
