Sales-Promotional Marketing Products

Our client is a full service promotions agency specializing in creative ideas, superior production capabilities, and is a leader in promotional marketing products.  They are looking to increase their sales force by adding several experienced and talented people to their staff.  They offer their sales people:A generous 50/50 split from day oneEmployee status, and health insurance 100% paid by the employerThe ability to work from a home office anywhere in the countryA complete, fully creative in-house graphics department A staff of 6 full time account coordinators to handle all of the busy workAn outstanding reputation for a get-it-done, think outside the box approachDraw against commission is available for the right candidate

This is a 100% commission role.  The corporate offices are located in Southern California, but the company operates nationally.  The ideal candidate will have the following:Minimum of 2 years experience selling promotional marketing products, and a list of active clients that are currently being workedCandidates working as in a similar sales area, with an active client list and book of business, will be considered as wellThe ability to cold call and develop new business as well as being able to close on current accountsExcellent communication skills and an electric personalityThe ability to work independently
