Job News is a progressive and growing multi-media recruitment solutions company seeking an Recruitment Consultant/Inside Sales Representative to sell our diverse media product lines of Print, Web, and Job Fairs to local and national clients.  We operate in 21 markets across the nation and will continue to open new markets in the upcoming years.

 

We are looking for real phone pros who know how to gain, maintain, and consistently deliver recruitment solutions to small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies in the San Antonio area.  We promote a great work environment where teamwork is encouraged and success is rewarded.

 

We offer a base salary of $28,600 per year plus a very generous commission plan with no caps, a new business bonus plan, excellent training, health insurance, dental, disabililty insurance, and a 401K with company match.  You can expect to make $35,000 - $50,000 your first year and see dramatic increases in your second year.  Your earning potential is unlimited for those who desire to succeed.
