Sales Representative - DFW Area - HR Services - to 60K+

One of the nation’s leading Service Award providers has an outstanding opening in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. We are looking for a Sales Representative who has the experience, ability and drive to earn six figures+ on a consistent basis.  Compensation will include a base + bonus depending upon your experience and performance. Most of our sales reps with 3+ years of experience are making in excess of $100K+ per year.  We are NOT LOOKING for someone who is used to selling products, we ARE looking for someone who uses a consultative selling approach and can operate at a high level within major corporations in the DFW area. You must present yourself in a truly professional manner, have previous experience in selling programs to the HR community in Dallas – Ft. Worth to be qualified for this position.  Requirements include: Must have 2-5 years in a sales role with previous experience in sales with a company involved in cold calling. Previous experience selling in a commission sales environment with companies who sell to the HR community, such as Health benefits, Outsourcing, Recruiting Services, Security or related items. Also previous experience from a B2B environment such as IKON, Canon, Minolta, Pitney Bowes, Danka, Kodak, or Lucent  is  desirable. The successful candidate also will be able to interact well with customers, company personnel and managers.  We are looking for a long-term player and are not interested in anyone who has a history of changing jobs numerous times.
