ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

AT&T is currently hiring for inside telephone business-to-business advertising sales positions.  This position is located at 4700 Alliance Gateway Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76177.  Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  This is a base plus commission position with earnings range up to $70,000+.  Average earnings are $45,00 - $50,000 annually.

Our Sales Representatives work with business owners, over the telephone, to present and sell an advertising program including all Yellow Pages products and services.  Our Sales Representatives conduct sales presentations with new and existing business owners, has quotas and objectives to meet, monitors competition, recommend changes in products/services, resolves customers complaints and focuses on sales efforts.  This position is supported by an in-house artist department and administrative team.

Our Sales Representatives must be able to:Conduct contract negotiationAssess sales opportunities, developing and presenting creative proposals that will ensure closing the saleApply solutions to real life problemsAnticipate client concerns and roadblocks to overcome obstacles that may delay customer decision Maintain knowledge of the marketplace and competition in order to meet and address client business needsMust be able to use a PC with proficiency utilizing Internet browsers.  Must be proficient in search engine usage/search.  Must have a working knowledge and experience using email.Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills

REQUIREMENTS - YOUR EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must possess a minimum of one consecutive year of commission sales experience in a quota driven environment or a 4-year job related degree.  You must also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.  To further ensure your success you must be able to multitask in a fast paced team environment and possess computer proficiency.
