Sales Representative - Online Advertising - (No Cold Calling)

Respond (www.respond.com), an online advertising service provider, is aggressively recruiting for Sales Representatives who will be responsible for the sales of internet advertising services to small to mid-sized businesses across the United States & Canada.  Sales Representatives will proactively present Respond’ advertising services to potential clients through web-based demonstrations and phone-based consultations. Top candidates for this position are confident, organized, enthusiastic, and love the excitement of closing new business.  Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, successful candidates will enjoy partnering with a dynamic sales team in a growing business. 

 

Responsibilities:

· Initiates sales process by researching markets, executing sales campaigns, understanding client requirements, and closing inbound sales calls;

· Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections;

· Expands sales revenue in existing accounts by introducing new products and services;

· Understand and analyze client’s return on investment, marketing strategy, and targeted demographics to ensure value of service.

 

Requirements:

· 2-4 years of advertising or general sales experience preferred; 

· Demonstrate an understanding of internet-based or general advertising environment;

· Effective communication skills with an emphasis on verbal communication;

· Analytical and quantitative skills are desired;

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for experienced candidates.
