Staffing! Business Development! Sound like you?? Aquent is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue as part of our inside sales team located in Boston, MA. This key role requires the competitive drive and energy of a sales veteran, looking to hunt for new opportunities in several assigned markets. As a Business Development Manager for inside sales you'll be expected to implement a consultative sales approach and sell a full range of Aquent's Marketing and Creative Staffing solutions to targeted accounts and prospects. Other responsibilities include: Managing a sales territory account list of 75-100 targeted accounts and prospects in several geographic regions. Developing and executing Account Strategies in partnership with Area Managers and Account Directors located in branch offices. Conducting research on accounts and prospects to identify potential business opportunities. Presenting Aquent's staffing solutions and project staffing in a way that the client perceives the Account Director as a trusted advisor Consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets and gross profit growth goals.Your qualifications are: 3 to 5 years proven sales performance as a sales representative selling staffing or marketing/creative services. Consistent achievement of sales objectives and quota.
