We are currently looking for a Sales Strategy Manager for our New York, Chicago & LA Offices
The Sales Strategy Manager position is a junior to mid level position for individuals who are looking to pursue a career in sales and/or marketing. This position would implement strategies and programs that enable the PointRoll Advertising sales organization to more effectively drive advertiser satisfaction and profitable revenue growth. As Sales Strategy Manager you will assist in the effort to drive improvements in the way PointRoll engages advertisers and contribute to PointRoll’s overall revenue goal.
This individual is responsible but not limited to creating visually compelling and thoughtful power point presentations for client meetings and keeping those presentations well organized and catalogued. In addition the ideal candidate will compile market research, pull reporting and campaign analytics, act as a liaison to the marketing department, assist with pipeline and projection reporting, establish and maintain relationships with media and creative agencies, under the direction of management, work on strategic projects, and ensure a high level of customer services to clients providing rapid responses to inquires and materials requested.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of PointRoll's offerings, reporting analysis,
competitive advantages, resources and processes and articulate them persuasively to
prospects and customers.
- Provide in-office sales support to outside sales reps, including power point
presentations, generating campaign reports for clients, data entry into CRM system,
conducting research on prospects and customers relevant to the Sales Director's sales
efforts, developing presentations, internal follow up on publisher mock ups, pre
qualifying leads, and responding to client inquires in the rep's absence.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies and with
clients in the Sales Director's territory.
- Insure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through rapid responses to customer
inquiries
- Work on special projects of strategic importance at the direction of management.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
- Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Artistic ability and strong ppt skills

- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Web browsers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Positive, can-do attitude
Computer & Software Experience
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, PPT
- Knowledge of Flash and HTML a plus
Education & Business Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years online advertising experience
