At VertMarkets you’ll work with trainees who are engaged in actual sales. For you, this means immediate feedback on the skills you are teaching, and it also allows you to witness the progression and development of your trainees.

 

As a trainer, you will provide classroom and on-the-job training to build sales skills so trainees can be promoted to Account Executives within six months. In addition, you will review and manage trainee progress and establish monthly departmental sales projections. You will also be required to sell advertising to achieve sales goals.

 

Qualified applicants will have:5+ years of sales management and/or sales training experienceprior sales experience (preferred)high initiative and strong time management skillsproven experience in the professional development of employeeswillingness to commute and/or relocate to Erie, Pennsylvania.
