Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Production Director





Job Description:Lead the company’s US and off-shore SEM production operation Develop and implement new and efficient processes for the development of categories, ad creative and keywords Build and direct a team of SEM specialists to manage campaigns in line with production workload Work with off-shore production team for round-the-clock productivity Follow tight production timeline and manage resources accordingly Develop and implement quality assurance program for SEM campaigns Develop qualitative and quantitative matrix for the department performance including cost analysis Work with engineering to enhance technology for scalability and optimal productivity Follow search engine marketing strategies to fulfill online advertising campaigns in hundreds of categories Work with customer service department to develop and implement a process to resolve production issues Provide feedback to SEM strategy group to fine tune SEM strategy and guidelines Provide feedback to SEM performance analysis group

Must have Skill Set:Overall 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing 5+ year of operational experience Familiarity with “Digital Factory” like production practices that driven by tight deadlines Must have proven analytical and leadership skills Combination of marketing and technical background is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and flexibility Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related area is required. Advanced degree preferred
