Mountain, Pfizer and Novartis.Position Summary The Search Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the search marketing campaign implementation and for communicating the status/progress both internally and to our clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong, positive relationships with all client and client agency team members Fully understand the marketing and search goals of our clients Assist in establishing the search marketing plan and key metrics Create and update successful implementation plans Interact with client, client agencies and internal resources in day-to-day activities (e.g., setting expectations, follow-through, etc.). Work effectively with organic and paid team by managing their daily tasks, progress and deadlines Review and if needed, edit deliverables sent to the client Identify and communicate project scope requirements and issues Complete monthly status and performance reporting Manage to budget Participate in PM process and internal tool improvements Provide input on annual reviews for project resources
Qualifications:EducationBA/BS degree required in Marketing, IT or a related fieldExperience 3-5 years experience in project management in an internet environmentOther:Strong attention to detail Ability to handle multiple clients in a deadline driven atmosphere Strong presentation and negotiation skills Excellent writing and communication skills Proficiency with MS office tools Exposure to web analytics tools
