Senior Account Director: DRTV focus

A leading bicoastal Direct Response advertising agency (New York/Los Angeles) is looking to strengthen its staff with a Senior Account Director.  The agency provides an integrated media (TV, Online, Print, Radio and Direct Mail) solutions for Direct Response marketers.

 

Position:   DRTV-Senior Account Director

 

Skills needed:10+ years of “hands on” direct response media/marketing experience. Deep knowledge of DRTV media market; multi-media experience a plus (Internet, print, radio, and direct mail). Team oriented. Strong analytical, communication, presentation and follow-up skills a must. Strong Excel and Power Point skills required Previous team management experience Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Willing to travel

 

Duties Include:

  Managing day to day account activities. Liaison between “Platinum Accounts” and agency Responsible for yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly campaign planning Media tactic selection Budget allocation Ongoing budget management to ensure all goals are met Multiple media tactics Daily account management to ensure response goals are achieved Oversee & coordinate all client media activity. Ensuring all information to be delivered to client is accurate and in a presentable format. Communicate with various internal departments to disseminate buying, trafficking, tracking, creative and accounting directives. Providing clients with analysis and recommendations for marketing and advertising efforts. Manage account team activities.
