The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage expanding levels of service and support for the agency-client relationship.  Act as a key contributor who impacts the direction and focus of the account. Ensure client needs, tolerances and working style are adhered to and possess a keen understanding of the client’s business realities.

 

The Challenge is to combine masterful project management, client relationship building and strategic thinking to delight our marquee client.

 

Responsibilities:Planning, Analyzing and EvaluationDevelop budgets, work plans and timelinesDevelop and write project strategy and other account documentsLead client meetingsEvaluate creative concepts against strategyReview, analyze and evaluate media output, creative output, research reports and client dataWrite solid CWP’s, client correspondence and recommendationsMaintain a high level of understanding of client industries and agency knowledgeCommunicationDirect, timely and appropriate communication with clientsReceive client input on jobs/projectsCommunicate between client and internal departments to maintain both client and agency visionPrepare recommendations, approaches and action plans for the clientFinancialDevelop project estimates and manage budgetsPrepare and monitor monthly forecasts and/or billingLeadership/SupervisionReview and direct work
