The Opportunity: 24/7 Real Media Inc, is currently seeking an Senior Account Executive reporting to Vice President, Media Sales, New York. Your objective is to sell new business to direct advertisers, agencies and web publishers as well as to manage existing key relationships. You will be expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. You will be supported by the client services infrastructure of a successful company. We have a very comfortable, corporate culture. We're looking for hard workers willing to put in extra time and effort while being part of a casual and fun working environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Drive and maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies and direct clients
• Exceed daily, monthly and quarterly revenue goals; 3-5 million annually
• Engage agency and direct client decision makers at all levels
• Plan, prepare and present at high impact meetings with prospects and existing clients
• Develop a formal tactical plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
• Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
• Adopt the 24/7 Real Media Inc best practice selling methodology
• Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
• Develop winning selling strategies and proposals
• Accurately forecast revenue growth
• Manage clients and pipeline in SalesForce™, customer relationship management software
• Liaising with client services team to ensure successful implementation of campaigns and renewal of clients
• Spread enthusiasm all around and be pro-active in driving revenue
• Represent 24/7 Real Media at local industry events.

Required Skills:
• A strong desire to succeed in an online media sales and service organization
• Min 3+ years exp calling on online/media advertising agencies and/or direct clients
• Results driven and committed to creating a ‘book of business’
• Min 3+ years line management/sales management experience
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
• Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
• Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
• Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value, not price
• Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
• Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
• Working knowledge and experience managing contacts with CRM technology e.g. SalesForce™ preferred
