Senior Account Executive - Relationship Marketing

Bader Rutter is seeking a talented Senior Account Executive for its Relationship Marketing (RM) Department.  This person will provide strategic database marketing counsel to clients, create 1:1 communication plans and be responsible for managing the flawless execution and measurement of campaigns. 

Job description includes:

·         Serve as day-to-day client liaison to agency

·         Provide strategic counsel and guidance to client on RM marketing communications

·         Manage all aspects of RM project work for client, from strategic to tactical planning and execution. Ensure projects are on strategy and completed on budget and on time.

·         Participate in communications planning processes and meetings

·         Present RM proposals, plans and project concepts to client

·         Write creative input briefs and engage creative teams on RM projects

·         Recognize and investigate RM project opportunities presented by client

·         Coordinate with production department on the flawless execution of all campaigns

·         Delegate various day-to-day activities to production specialist

·         Perform other agency duties as assigned by agency management

·         Participate in and/or directly supervise RM production specialist(s)

·         Reports directly to Director of Relationship Marketing

 

 

Position requires at least 5-7 years of account management experience in database or direct marketing field at an agency or marketing services firm. 

 

 

 

 

The candidate must possess ability to be strategic-minded and detail-oriented, be articulate and have excellent writing skills.  Must also be highly organized, results-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple clients at once. 

 

Experience with using or deploying common marketing technologies such as relational databases, campaign management, digital asset management, variable data publishing, marketing resource management or business intelligence preferred.

 BS in marketing, communications or related degree is required.
