Senior Account Managers

Position Summary:

Ipsos Insight, a division of Ipsos, is currently looking for Senior Account Managers to join the Consumer Products team to work with clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Senior Account Managers are responsible for the business of several clients encompassing client management, development of proposals, implementation of client projects and programs as well as analysis and delivery.

As a Senior Account Manager you will work with clients to understand their business issues and needs. Senior Account Managers develop and design appropriate solutions for clients, based on the research approaches and products that are best suited to meet their needs. You will also analyze the data to create conclusions and recommendations from the data results based on the clients needs and business issues and will assist in the crafting and delivery of the presentations to the clients.

Primary Duties:

Senior Account Managers have responsibility for managing overall project profitability and will manage multiple market research projects including concept testing, product testing, package testing, price testing and segmentation. You will also work with junior staff to develop their project management capabilities.

Qualifications/Related Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 plus years Custom Market Research experience in CPG. The position requires strong quantitative research, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills; as well as the ability to oversee and direct multiple projects. You must be self-motivated, work well in a team environment with senior and junior colleagues, as well as possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
