Senior Art Director -- Direct Marketing Agency

Our ideal candidate has exceptional skills, energy and commitment, plus:

 Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, plus five or more years of art direction experience in a direct/relationship marketing agency environment Portfolio required showcasing smart, conceptual campaign work and ability to translate a brand Proven ability to develop compelling and effective projects from concept through execution Strong knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of direct marketing Experience designing for multiple mediums including direct mail, print, DRTV, interactive Proficiency in all industry-standard software programs, including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Quark Xpress, and Illustrator Ability to offer proactive solutions and ensure successful progression Proven ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines Understanding of how to solve marketing problems with creative solutions Experience concepting/designing for pharma/health care a plus
