Sr. Graphic Designer 

 

One Flight Up Design & Innovation, Inc. 

 

A New Jersey based, full-service packaging and promotional design agency, is looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to develop brand and promotional design for a broad range of clients. We have an immediate opening in an expanding design department. The ideal candidate must be a creative thinker and communicator, with a superior eye for design and solid graphic capabilities. Will consider part-time employment as well.


 

Responsibilities:




• Develop conceptual and finished design for packaging, promo, concept, and identity needs, under the direction of Creative and Design Directors. 

• Participate in all phases of the design process, concept through execution 

• Create design solutions that successfully meet client requirements 

• Ability to work in teams, solid communication skills required. 

 

Qualifications:




• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience 

• 3-5 years of packaging design experience, large corporate or agency experience a plus 

• Excellent Design skills 

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 

• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented. 

• Experience working on toy and food packaging, promo, licensing, teen markets, large consumer goods brands a plus.


• A proactive team player and leader, with a passion for great design.


• Must be Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop. InDesign experience a plus. 

• Must have strong working knowledge of the Macintosh platform

Some Web design experience is a plus
