Description



The Senior Internet Applications Developer will consult with clients and other project team members in developing and deploying eMarketing solutions, such as email programs, micro sites, and websites. The Senior Internet Applications Developer may also lead and direct the work of others. Other duties may be assigned. Develop web sites using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.Develop automated solutions and deploy email campaigns through email management tool. Evaluate web components for usability in client projects. Integrate web applications into site construction and assist with technical discussions with other technology providers on programmatic interfaces and their use on the site.Establish system architecture to generalized functional technical specifications of site. Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company and clients databases. Ongoing updating of client sites on occasion.

Required Skills/Experience: Successful candidates must have at least 5 years of experience constructing production web sites in a professional (agency or corporate) environment. Portfolio to support background in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET required. Relational database development experience and knowledge of MS SQL required. Experience with Dreamweaver, Java, JavaScript, Cold Fusion, ASP and/or Visual Basic strongly preferred. Ability to interface with many different personalities and demonstrated ability to do staff work where tact and influencing skills are critical. Ability to produce excellent work in a fast-paced, production environment with little supervision; ability to solve technical problems in a collaborative environment with other technical colleagues. Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
