Senior Level Web Developer

Seeking an experienced, professional programmer who is ready to lead development efforts across all interactive communications.

Through steady growth and long-term client retention, we have an immediate opening offering a leadership position at a high-quality, long-standing interactive agency in the western suburbs (Oak Brook) area.

This position requires the ability to juggle various projects, wear different hats, interface with clients, manage projects, and work well in a team environment with client service people and designers.  Our ideal candidate will be able and willing to work at all levels depending on agency needs and priorities. He or she should have a good understanding of web, eCommerce, email, banner ad, kiosks, and other interactive development formats.

Programming Languages:
Ability to program a pixel-perfect web page from a Photoshop comp. Demonstrates expert knowledge of at least one structured programming language. Creates XML schemas. Understands advanced client side scripting (i.e. AJAX), CSS, Working knowledge of VBA, ASP.NET Working knowledge of Cold Fusion a plus (but not necessary) SQL and other database structures Working knowledge of Joomla, DotNetNuke, or other content management system a plus Working knowledge of ZenCart, Able Commerce, MarketLive, IBM WebSphere or other eCommerce platforms a plus
