Senior Marketing Associate
Manage the resources and relationships in the planning, development, execution and evaluation of Advertising vehicles (circulars, postcards, ROPs, Grand Opening circulars) for the Softside division of Bed, Bath & Beyond. National Advertising program consisting of a minimum of 7 circulars, 11 postcards, 18 generic postcards and 12 ROPs communicating to 40 million households.? Build a positive, proactive relationship based on mutual respect, a high level of execution and excellent communication with Peers, Agency (BGW), Harte Hanks, Merchandising staff (Asst. Buyers, Buyers, DMMs, GMMs), Planning Department, Senior Management.? Develop and manage page / space allocation process for assigned advertising vehicles. Captain the page allocation process.? Management of assigned Advertising vehicle development process: Pre-event analysis, IDL, Item Selection, Turn in, Photography, Proofing rounds, Copy, Printing and post event analysis.? Responsibility for communication to agency and other internal business areas as to specific objectives and needs shot guides, copy direction, samples, props and surfaces.? Primary responsibility for the coordination and management of the production process including status updates, schedules, weekly meetings and specific function meetings (ie: item selection, turn in?)? Primary responsibility for tracking co-op monies committed to and collected for all advertising vehicles.? Coordination of all samples and props.? Coordination of all proofing rounds.? Maintenance of all pre and post event spreadsheets.? Coordination of the summary analysis report and mark up of circulars to reflect actual results.? Additional projects as assigned.Requirements: Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of progressive Marketing / retail experiencePreferred 5+ yearsOther skills or certifications: MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)Dimensions / Competencies: ?
