Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare Marketing The Senior Marketing Manager, Healthcare Marketing will spearhead the strategy and development of integrated marketing programs targeting Monster’s Healthcare customers and consumers. The Senior Manager will identify business opportunities and develop and implement actionable programs on a global basis. This individual will work closely with Monster’s Sales, Product, Advertising, and Communications teams.   Essential Functions: Deliver strong financial performance through development and implementation of targeted communications encompassing advertising, direct marketing, lead generation, sales communications, sales programs, sales communications and trade shows. Understand core usiness strategies and organizational needs and translate into actionable marketing initiatives; serve as liaison and marketing strategist to organizational business partners. Quantify and qualify impact of marketing efforts by forecasting performance, measuring marketing efforts, and providing recommendations based on data. Identify all aspects of marketing initiatives that need to be operationalized; work with internal and extended teams to support implementation, including deployment of marketing campaigns. Roll-out and utilization of segmentation with sales force to maximize operational and sales efficiency. Qualifications: 7-10 years experience in corporate marketing, including 3 years business-to-business. A track record of developing effective strategies and translating those strategies into actionable marketing communications yielding strong financial performance. Superior interpersonal abilities and strong communications skills (oral and written) in order to work with a broad array of personnel across functions and at all levels within the company. Experience working with a Sales organization. Experience includes designing, planning and management of cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. Must have experience in: · Marketing strategy · Managing cross-functional programs · Program planning and deployment · Analyzing data · B2B marketing BA or BS required; MBA preferred.
