Senior Media Planner-CJD DAA

Primary responsibilities include: • Responsible for multiple Dealer Advertising Associations (DAA’s) • Key liaison between Account Executive and Media Negotiators • Media Plan all flowcharts for assigned zones • Evaluation and write up of Media POVs for Account Executives to present to client directors • Ensure accuracy between Media Tools Flowcharts and Donovan goals, check and balance • Upload broadcast goals from Media Tools into Donovan checking M9 reports against Media Tools totals • Keep flowcharts current and accurate to generate drilldowns for AEs who update their cash flows monthly • Generate work orders • Resolve billing questions/problems for all special packages in assigned zones • Maintain a current weekly status report • Assist AMD and supervisors on departmental projects as necessary • Provide guidance to the Assistant Planners for inputting goals into Donovan and generating work orders • Present annual media plans; attend client and account team meetings as requested • Work with all media types, both broadcast and print• Special projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be organized, detail oriented and comfortable working with budgets and numbers • Computer literate and required proficiency in Excel, Word • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, as well as strong people skills; positive attitude and team player • Handle stress in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi-task • Experience in PowerPoint, Media Tools and Donovan Data Systems experience highly desired EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • 4 year college degree • 3-5 years media planning experience required INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO APPLY:PLEASE GO TOWWW.PHDUS.COM AND CLICK ON CONTACT US, EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION LINK TO APPLY.
