Senior Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

 

· Prioritizing and launching new advertiser features and products.

· Identifying and launching modifications/additions to products to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.

· Helping to manage the product development lifecycle

· Managing day-to-day marketing responsibilities for local advertiser products.

· Conducting research and performing detailed analysis on user behavior on all customer touch points including the website

· Driving customer and competitor profiles and segmentation.

· Developing all content to provide and communicate products, such as case studies, FAQs, one sheets, and other product collateral as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

· Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus.

· 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product development, online marketing, or offline marketing at media-related or B2B company.

· Experience in advertising services, at an agency or a company that provides online, radio, print, or TV advertising technology.

· Solid knowledge of online technology; must understand how online services are built and function from an operational standpoint.

· Experience in A/B testing, usability interviews, and other online marketing & product management skills

· Very strong project management, writing, & presentation skills.

· Must be able to build and manage project budgets, put together financial forecasts, track product adoption, and analyze product financial performance.

· Understanding of the media business.

· Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.

· Team player with a strong drive and focus on customer satisfaction. Willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, taking calculated risks, and working across organizations.

· Knowledge of SQL & MS Access is a plus
