Senior Publicist - Business/Finance

We are looking for a senior level publicist with experience handling financial and B2B accounts. 

 

Essential Job Duties:  If you are a seasoned, highly capable B2B publicist with strong contacts in financial and business media, as well as some technology/biotech experience, we want to talk to you. We are in search of a Sr. level media relations pro. We seek an aggressive self-starter with strong written and verbal communications and pitching skills. Candidate will be responsible for generating coverage in glossy business magazines, newspapers, consumer outlets and select trade publications.

Qualifications: 7+ years experience as a generalist at a NY PR agencyStrong media contacts and excellent writing skillsProven ability to create media relations programs from concept and follow-through to placements Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing qualityCreative and energetic personality B.S/B.A in public relations, marketing, business communications or related field
