Job Summary: The Sr. Sales Recruiter supports the execution of recruitment strategies and processes for a specific geography and/or markets within the company. The Sr. Sales Recruiter will provide support on all facets of recruiting including sourcing, advertising, screening, testing, interviewing, profiling, reference checks, assisting with background checks, and relocation issues as required.Job Responsibilities: Develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost effective and efficient manner Provide recruitment support appropriate to hiring manager’s requirements Work with line management, recruiting leadership, and HR to identify needs and create a recruiting plan for the job openings assigned Leverage various resources to source qualified diverse candidates, including internet, intranet, media, schools, community recruitment, networking, etc. Screen candidates using resume screening, telephone screens, interviews, assessment tools, etc. as assigned Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers  Assist with the research and development of new sourcing methods and strategiesAssist with tracking various metrics (Time to submit, time to fill, etc.) Conduct reference and/or background checks as assigned Prepare candidate correspondence, including declination letters and offer letters Process new hire paperwork and ensure smooth on-boarding process Co-ordinate and facilitate recruitment functions, including job and career fairs as required Maintains resume and application database thru the prescribed Application Tracking System Assist managers on hiring trends and recruitment toolsEducation & Experience: High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred Minimum 5-7 years of full life-cycle recruiting and interviewing experience with at least 2 years focused on Sales and/or Sales management positions Experience with behavioral interviewing Initiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle many projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
