Senior User Interface Developer

Qualifications

A Sr. User Interface Developer in Technology is a leader in the structure, implementation, build, and integration of front-end web technologies.  You'll be using your meticulous eye for detail to assure that the client's site is always well-built and well-maintained.

Job Experience

› 3+ years of working experience in Web Development

› Expertise with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS2, XML/XSLT, JSP or ASP or PHP

› Proficient with SQL and other code technologies

› Flash Communication Server and ActionScript development experience a plus, an understanding is a must

› Mobile technology experience a plus

› Working experience with Content Management tools and Source Control applications

› Educated in development methodologies and best practices

› Solid knowledge of technical requirements definition and technical design process

› Familiarity with Web Services, Search Engine Optimization, Personalization, CRM, and Financials solutions a plus

Education

› A Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a Bachelor’s of Science in a technology or computer related discipline

Skills

› Codes consistently and to documented standards and specifications

› Works closely with project team to construct layout and organization of Web solutions

› Accurately estimates his/her tasks and manages multiple deliverables simultaneously

› Leads User Interface (UI) design, implementation, and build efforts

› Crafting dynamic front-end functionality

› Designs and builds of prototypes and proof of concepts

› Management and documentation of standards and issues

› Responsible for unit testing of code and peer reviews

Client

› Experience in working with clients in technical design and implementation process

› Able to develop and manage relationships with client project team members

› Travel to client sites to perform development work

People

› Strong written and verbal communication skills

› Works with other departments to ensure quality and timely delivery
