Senior Vice President

POSITION SUMMARY:

Directs newly created Retail/Restaurant market research business unit (a part of Consumer Business Insights).  Unit created to take existing solutions and client base and grow at a more significant rate.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Revenue and P&L management

· Product optimization and development

· Team leadership and management

· Strategy creation, implementation and development

· Key hires

· People development and motivation

· Strategic partnerships

· Client go-to-market strategy

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· 15+ years of retail experience ideally working for a market research supplier and a retailer. 

· Shopper Insights experience working for a manufacturer is a plus. 

· Some experience in custom research along with strong conceptual selling skills, strong leadership skills, and experience managing and leading a team. 

· Candidate will have complete profit and loss responsibility for approximately $15 million in annual revenue and over 20 people.
