products to build brand equity. The company is now searching for a Services Manager –
Interactive Marketing Solutions for our fast growing, technology-enabled promotional products

Responsibilities:
· Works closely with sales team and clients to analyze client needs and create strategic ecommerce
campaigns and online marketing programs
· Understands online sales avenues and implements strategic plans to meet company
sales goals
· Works effectively with internal teams to standardize production of all online sales outlets
· Manages multiple e-commerce projects, as well as online production and implementation
teams
Requirements:
· 4+ years experience in Project Management or a related role
· Experience managing e-commerce sites or similar online programs
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
· Commitment to customer service
· Excellent eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
Pluses:
· Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator
· Experience with the Promotional Products industry
· Experience with the print industry
· Proficiency in creating outbound email marketing campaigns
· Proficiency in software administration
