Sr Business Analyst - 5091

Description:ResponsibilitiesBasic Function:The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Call Center Management, perform detailed analysis, make business critical recommendations to enhance performance, increase revenue generation, reduce operating expenses and follow through to implementation. The successful Candidate in this position will build a working relationship with the Management team and make recommendations based on business needs. The successful Candidates responsibilities will be extremely time sensitive and will have a significant impact on Retail Operations Call Center and financial performance. Responsibilities:The person in this position will be responsible for creation, analysis and timely distribution operational data.Proactively suggest opportunities for process automation and process improvement.Manage/maintain database update processes including initiating and monitoring the update process.Provide and communicate clear documentation of all processes.Identify and research data discrepancies prior to release of data.Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction with reports and analysis.Perform regularly scheduled audit or databases to ensure data integrity.Create and maintain organized and efficient database processes in order to support preparation of accurate recurring and/or ad hoc reportsDetermine optimal sources for obtaining accurate data using system data sources such as DB2 Mainframe, Collections Data Mart, etcCommunicate in cross-functional groups for best practices among departments/facilitiesOther duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Degree in Mathematics (Statistics), Business 3 - 5 years of Call Center analytics experience in a financial institution.Previous exposure and insight into a technically advanced financial institution's operational needs.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Access and MS Excel, Power Point.6-12 months experience writing SQLExcellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently, determine priorities and meet critical deadlines.Ability to interact with and communicate statistical information to different levels of management Self Motivated, ability to question current workflow processes and make recommendations to enhance the business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills.Ability to take ambiguous data and provide analysis, and compelling business recommendations.Attention to detail.Preferred Experience:Green Belt/Black Belt Certified, Excellent Mintab skillsSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceAlliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).Job Location: Columbus, OHJob Number: 2820Company Profile:About UsAlliance Data (NYSE: ADS) is a leading provider of marketing, loyalty and transaction services, managing over 120 million consumer relationships for some of North America's most recognizable companies.
