Have you worked directly with advertisers?If so, keep reading...What will you be doing?- This position will assume responsibility for the evaluation, identification, engagement, business modeling, contract negotiation, implementation and performance management of a variety of new and existing relationships - Focus on managing relationships within a variety of areas including distribution of our advertisers, content to enhance the offering of Yellowbook.com, and products to offer to advertisers through the site - The Business Development Manager will also identify and evaluate new opportunities for our company, develop business cases both independently and with New Media team members and present recommendations, negotiate terms and contracts with partners and insure that all implementations are launched successfully - Work closely with marketing, product management, legal, internet operations and the ecommerce sales organizations to define, plan, negotiate and implement both relationships and special business projects - Identify future growth opportunities for Yellowbook.com based on analysis of the local goods and services space, competitive landscape and customer requirements and user needs - Provide marketplace and competitive analysis that supports the business strategy and informs the product initiatives - Works closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure strategies are executed - Build and maintain productive relationships with other executives and business unit officers, and with industry and professional networks that can assist in development initiativesWhat do you need to qualify?- BA/BS in Finance, Business Management or related field, required.
