Sr. Database Marketing Analyst

The Lacek Group, a Division of Ogilvy One Worldwide, is a Minneapolis-based, full-service loyalty marketing agency dedicated to helping companies establish and enhance relationships with their customers. We are growing and eager to add a full-time Sr. Database Marketing Analyst to our talented team.

Our DBM team is responsible for executing our clients' database marketing programs, working with the rest of the agency team to provide strategic planning and analytical support. This role will provide in-depth analysis and insights that will drive key marketing decisions. Duties include program performance measurement, campaign analysis, generating segmented communications and data mining to identify trends and opportunities within our clients’ marketing programs.

Position Requirements
• 2+ years database marketing experience
• Electronic and direct campaign background
• Proficiency w/ database tools such as MS Access, FoxPro, SPSS and SQL based query tools
• Experience with DM measurement methodologies, LTV models and predictive value modeling
• Strong quantitative, analytical, collaboration and communication skills
