Title: Senior Flash Developer
Previous Experience: 3-5 years online experience and 3+ years of Flash development and 2-3 years of management experience

Primary Function(s) :

The Senior Flash Developer will Design and/or Develop static web materials and interactive flash materials and web sites for this client. This position will also be responsible for the management of the Flash development team.

Skills and Abilities

1. Expert knowledge in Flash Actionscript 2.0 and Flash animation
2. Proficiency and knowledge in the preparation and use of streaming Flash video
3. Proficiency in PhotoShop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Video Editing tools, Sound editing tools
4. Strong understanding or interest of broader entertainment industry, games, music, movies, etc.
5. Presents ideas internally and participates in presentations.
