Sr. Market Research Analyst/Account Manager

We are an internationally recognized provider of marketing research and decision support services.. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies in CPG, healthcare, insurance, financial, high-tech/media, pharmaceuticals, and other vertical markets.. Due to a growing business, we are adding to the staff in our client service office in Chapel Hill, NC. The Chapel Hill office works with clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The Account Manager will work closely with the sales staff, clients and the Cincinnati project staff to ensure that quality custom research is conducted. The Account Manager will take charge of all facets of a research study from beginning to end. They may perform or supervise questionnaire design, cross-tab planning, manage data collection, report compilation as well as analysis and interpretation of research data. In addition, they will be responsible for composing sales proposals, cost, time and funding estimates for individual studies as well as developing staffing/resource plans for each project phase. The Account Manager will interact with the client to give status updates, make presentations of study results and/or consult with them on action to be taken.

 

QualificationsMBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research, Quantitative Analysis or a closely related field  Minimum of three years of related marketing research experience in custom projects handling all phases of project work from initial design through to final report. Exposure to and preferably experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.Outstanding writing and oral communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SPSS for Windows is required

Salary:  $60-$75K
