Sr. Marketing Manager

The Global Relationship Marketing Group (GRMG) within the Central Marketing Group (CMG) is looking for a strong Marketing professional to join our team. The Global Relationship Marketing mission is to develop and ensure successful execution of corporate wide Relationship Marketing and demand generation programs. We are looking for a true Relationship Marketing professional to build and implement global customer campaigns focused on driving demand, revenue and ultimately long term customer loyalty. As  a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will provide build RM & Demand generation campaigns as part of an over arching integrated marketing strategy. You will represent the RM discipline aligned with other disciplines including Advertising, Microsoft.com, PR/AR, Research and Brand teams.  All guidance will be developed and orchestrated with the global subsidiaries and corporate virtual teams. Position requires:·  10 years of  related marketing experience (integrated marketing strategy/execution, relationship/direct marketing strategy/execution, database marketing strategy/execution)·  Solid base of direct/relationship marketing fundamentals including contact strategy across touch points, offer strategy, targeting & segmenting strategy, creative development and results analysis.·  Agency or agency management experience·  Ability to develop customer insight (research, database analytics) and convert into action to change customer behavior·  Excellent cross-organization project management and collaboration skills·  Strong communication skills and adeptness in working with Senior Management·  Passion for Relationship Marketing as a business discipline·  Strong ability to navigate a complex and highly matrixed organization.·  Self motivated and resourceful Microsoft offers an excellent benefits package to full-time employees including medical, dental, vacation, employee stock purchase plan, and 401k, plus some great extras including: our 24-hour nurse line, stay fit program, product discounts, and paid infant care leave.
